Gameplay Thread-Sticky Links

This thread is to allow me to control the number of stickies in the gameplay forum. Due to the forum being special we cross many topics and have multiple people posting important information. It is easy to build up. Whenever a dev posts a sticky I will leave it untouched for about a week unless it is no longer relevant (i.e. deadline for something has already passed). I will then move it to this thread and unsticky it.

To also assist in keeping this forum clean, if I see a topic pop up in multiple threads I will endorse one thread. This is not an endorsement of the topic. Just an endorsement of the thread as being the official one on said topic. One thread is easier to read than 30.
