30 min Meditation buff

If the duration of the Jedi meditation buff is going to be 30 minutes, it should either:

1. Be available to any player (Jedi or other profession) that has completed the collection.

2. Be Jedi activated only, but buff everyone in the group that the Jedi is in, similar to how Officer buffs work now.

 
While I'd love #1, I'd be willing to accept #2 as it would give the Jedi their "Battle Meditation" ability that can allow them to turn the tide of conflict and will make people more willing to have at least one in their group for large-group PvP/PvE.
